As my first company, Smart Destinations, grew into a hundred-million-dollar business, the experience shaped me as a leader in so many ways. Through trial and error, successes and failures, we faced some challenging times together, but in the end, the remote environment we adopted proved to be the best thing that ever happened to us. We became an unmatched powerhouse, achieving goals we once thought impossible.
